This project has been developed taking into account the needs of families living in rural towns or small towns with a cold climate. The house with a total area of 119 m2 is made of brick with columns and a seismic belt, which ensures the strength and reliability of the structure in seismically active regions of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Special attention is paid to the 21.2 m2 terrace, which is located under the common roof of the house, providing protection from precipitation. The use of a summer cot is especially developed in our mentality, and this terrace is ideal for such traditions. It is conveniently adjacent to the kitchen-dining room, which allows you to quickly serve freshly prepared dishes on the table. On hot summer evenings, you can have family dinners or meet friends outdoors.

Design features:
- The ribbon foundation provides a reliable foundation in areas with mobile soils
- The facade is insulated with stone wool and finished with two types of technologies: a ventilated travertine facade and a wet facade made of decorative plaster in white, which creates a modern and stylish appearance of the house.
- The base is finished with granite, which protects it from damage and moisture.
- Roofing with aluminum siding ensures a neat appearance and durability of the structure.
- The four-pitched roof helps to effectively remove precipitation and provides resistance to strong winds.
