Engineers of Unison Group together with participants of the training seminar "Energy and seismic audit for public buildings" visited the capital Secondary school No. 82 in the residential complex "Ala-Too".

This became possible during the implementation of the Heat Supply Improvement project, our company's specialists conducted an energy audit of the facility, made calculations and proposed the introduction of a number of energy-efficient measures.

During the trip, measures were demonstrated after the energy audit. Energy-efficient windows, lighting, air recuperators, heating and ventilation systems were installed in the school.

The building itself was insulated from the outside, the facade was renovated, the roof and old electrical wires were replaced. There are 1,800 students in the lower grades of the educational institution.

Teachers, students and parents are looking forward to the opening of the school.

"Thank you very much, we are very pleased with the project. The room became bright and warm, the toilets were cold, and an additional septic tank was installed. Construction and repair work has been completed by 80%, we hope that the contractors will finish the rest on time, this is the end of April 2022," said Almagul Israilova, director of Secondary school No. 82 in Bishkek.

"These 2 days of the training seminar were quite productive, and everyone was satisfied with the results. Thanks to the introduction of energy-efficient measures at the facilities, electricity consumption was reduced by an average of 50 percent. This indicates that the energy audit leads to excellent results," said Oksana Gudkova, an engineer at Unison Group.

It should be noted that the project "Improving Heat Supply" (PTS) is being implemented by the Agency for Community Development and Investment of the Kyrgyz Republic (ARIS) with the financial support of the International Development Association and the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs of the Government of Switzerland.
