Increasing the "green skills" and know-how of young people (previously unemployed) and potential migrants based on a system of sustainable vocational training, which will subsequently lead to employment or self-employment and increased income in the field of energy-efficient construction.

Description of services:
- Conducting a large-scale information campaign on energy-efficient insulation in rural areas of the Chui region
- Organization of a platform for the coordination and management of knowledge in the field of energy efficiency
Result/ Impact:
- 15 informational seminars were held
- The number of villages covered was 30 villages in the Chui region.,
- More than 612 residents took part.
