The aim is to promote the inclusion of internal migrants in the efforts of the Kyrgyz Government in the Process of Green Renovation of buildings.
Project partners:
Ministry of Labor, Social Security and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Description of services:
- Development of climate-resilient construction plans/green renovation projects for residential buildings in coordination with relevant government agencies and IOM;
- Promotion of pre-approved plans/projects for climate-resistant construction among the target group and beneficiaries, development of the content of information campaigns;
- Providing technical assistance to pilot/beneficiary households that will implement pre-approved green renovation projects.
- It is planned to develop the potential of women beneficiaries and pilot green reconstruction projects in their households. There will also be training for migrant women and the population on green renovation and an ecological lifestyle.
- It is planned to involve and work together with government agencies to increase their potential and provide training on various topics of green construction.
