Review of existing legislation and development of draft technical regulations and recommendations for the secondary modernization of legislation in accordance with the identified needs;
Preparation of tools and instruments to facilitate the implementation and strengthening of legislation in the field of energy efficiency;
Capacity-building activities (seminars, conferences, radio and television sessions);
Regulations for determining minimum energy requirements in buildings, calculation procedure, energy efficiency indicators;
Setting minimum energy requirements in new and renovated large buildings;
